Instagiffer

Instagiffer is a program that allows you to create animated GIFs directly from Youtube and nearly any video file format (mkv, flv, avi, mp4).

It is easy to use, completely free, and doesn't put any ads on your GIF. You just need to add a video or URL, tweak your settings and upload to your favorite social media site.
